I ordered the Nuu Derma trial samples but did not cancel “my subscription” within the 7 day trial period. On the 8th day (last evening) they charged my credit card $119.95 for face cream and another $119.95 for eye cream. I contacted them ASAP this morning to cancel it but they said it had shipped and that all sales are fina they there are no returns once shipped. They did however cancel my account to preclude further shipments. So, by not reading the fine print I am out $240 and they legally have the upper hand which is spelled out in the fine print. Hope I look 21 again!?!

This is the number that was on my credit card , name trendy picks dreamy ki. I made contact with this number. After telling them I was going to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau they said they would credit my card $35.98. I will not hold my breath on that.
The same thing happened to me. I didn’t get a 7 day trial. They billed me on the 7th day for the $119.95 times 2. My husband walked in 30 minutes after I saw the charges on my bank statement and handed me a bag from the mailbox with the Derma products. I say SCAM.
