Thankfully I have incredible people around me who noticed this and pushed me out of the rut and back into the zone!My friend in NY @minime_mia made me join her kickboxing class via zoom @the_boxingpanda – it was damn difficult but absolutely Amazing!! Burned 500cal in a sessionI then set my alarm for 7am and went for a 7km walk run with @mandy_manas. If she cancelled on me I was gonna crawl right back into bed – but she didn’t. I feel amazing and I just wanted to share this with you in case you find yourself in the same position I was in. Don’t put off what you CAN control – I know I can’t run at all during the week because I’m on air between 6&9 – but that’s no excuse for me to completely let go! Discipline and a forward looking vision – knowing that what we do to ourselves now will stay with us and life WILL eventually resume.
